  • Gorick Realty SOLD this Co-op apartment in an all cash transaction therefore it is no longer available for sale.

  • Our brokerage firm (Gorick Realty, Inc.) held the exclusive contract to sell this apartment.

  • The current owner of apartment 3H at 2922 Barnes Ave is NOT renting it out nor was the former owner ever renting it out.

  • This is a co-op building with apartments available for sale, it is not a rental building.

  • This apartment is NOT available for rent at all, under any circumstances.

  • If you see something on craigslist or anywhere else on the internet advertising this apartment as a rental, it is a SCAM.

We do not have any 1-bedroom rentals available for $750 per month in an elevator building that has a laundry room in the basement.
